Annette Surtees, Sr. Consultant has an extensive human resources executive background. Annette’s 25 years has primarily been in leadership positions in hardware and software. She has extensive international experience managing HR programs in over 30 countries including Europe and the Far East. Her primary focus has been designing and implementing strategic initiatives in support of overall business objectives.

Her career has included 10 years at Seagate Technology, 6 of which she served as Vice President HR for Corporate, Americas and Europe. Seagate was a $9 billion Fortune 200 data technology company with over 100,000 employees globally. As Vice President, HR for Portal Software, Annette served on Executive Committee and was responsible for international HR. She was integral in successfully bringing this startup to IPO in May of 1999.

Annette's extensive experience across all spectrums includes dealing with explosive growth and change to include leading numerous M&A teams and responsible for full integration and reorganization. She has a complete understanding of business drivers and the ability to measure against those drivers. An innovative "change agent" who is a highly articulate and collaborative executive team member. Successfully started up numerous offices and factories worldwide and managed upwards of 200 HR employees at one time.
