Brenda Rogers, PHR, CPC, ELI-MP is an innovative and strategic HR leader who is passionate about transformation, connecting talent to business results and driving change initiatives in technology and medical diagnostics companies. She has successfully lead Talent Acquisition and HR teams through major global change initiatives (M&A and restructuring) at Seagate Technology, she drove the growth at Portal SW (now Oracle) with a hugely successful lPO, and headed up the people & culture strategy at Perelgen Sciences during a major turnaround and commercial launch. Brevagen, breast cancer diagnostics was then sold to Genetic Technologies an Australian genetics company.
Most recently at Roku, she built the HR/Talent function, put systems in place for more effective processes and exceeded all growth goals (2-3x yoy) by attracting and retaining exceptional technical and creative talent to support the business road map.
She is currently consulting with VC backed start ups, coaching executive and high potential leaders and planning the next Global Innovation Summit for QuantumLead in 2019.

Brenda holds a bachelors degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Cruz and attended the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resource Executive Program, studying under David Ulrich. She recently became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
